To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is returned within 15 days of the date of receipt.
Due to the difficulty and high cost of transporting our tents, return costs are the responsibility of the customer (depending on the location, allow between €700 and €1,000 ).
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@kailop.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will respond with instructions.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days .
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will advise you on the steps to follow for a replacement or refund.
